Week5_Prompt#1

During thermal expansion, obviously the object's density has to expand. The question is, How? Well, during this process, the object has to be placed in the temperature completely opposite of itself. For example, the cold jar's lid got bigger and allowed the jar to slide open, when placed under hot water. The lid was cold at first but when the hot water was added it expanded, allowing the jar to pop open. So according to my research, the density of a object expands by placing it under the opposite temperature. That explains why the jar lid got bigger when placed under the opposite temperature.

The Design Squad solves many problems. The particular problem they solved in my episode was, they built a sound and light show. It was very difficult because, they had to create 4 sensors. The groups were granted 2 people to help them make the 4 sensors. One of the materials highlighted in thier workshop was a, flexband. The squad uses tons of unique stratagies; Such as, changing the lights colors as the sensor moves as a light switch. They encountered a problem. The want-to-be light switch required these two wires to adjudst at the same level so that they can connect and change the lights. The squad learns that they all work at different paces. Plus they found out that working together is not as easy as it seems. Eventually, they pulled it together and made an amazing show!
If i were in this specific episode, i would have took none of my resources for granted. I would have focused and helped out all my group members. That way we could've had a great show and worked well together also. I learned that any 2 elements can be connected. Just have to put a little effort and knowledge. Also, you can combine two negative things(not people) and make a new combination. Finnally, workiing together gets you places, such as college.

Week3_Prompt#2

The air near the water surface was supposed to gte cooler. According to research, the air cooled down because it was vaporizing. Evaporation is another form of vaporization, and they both also only occur on the suface of an liquid. So as said in the prompt, the water near the surface, cooled down simply because it was vaporizing. Another reason the water could have cooled is because the pressure surronding it cause the water to evaporate faster. Which thren causes the air and water to create a fast breeze of cool air. Those are the results of my research.
